Server cleanup removes uploaded and generated files older than 30 minutes when cleanup runs. This is not a guaranteed deletion time. Keep your own copy and avoid confidential filenames or content.

Using the converter and Visibility Check

This tool is for creators working with Samsung STP theme projects. Conversion prepares a project for another supported format; Visibility Check reports supported color relationships that may be difficult to see. Neither action installs a theme on a phone or guarantees Samsung store approval.

Convert a project safely

  1. Save your original STP project separately. Use a project you own or are authorized to modify.
  2. Select Convert and upload one .stp file, up to 100 MB. Follow the available conversion option for the detected project.
  3. Download the result and keep it separate from the original. The v2026 and v2027 labels identify the supported project formats associated with One UI 8 and One UI 9.
  4. Open the converted project in a compatible Galaxy Themes Studio version. Inspect wallpapers, clock assets, controls and app screens before exporting.

Changing the format does not redesign every asset or make every resource compatible. If an element is missing or visually changed, compare it with the original project in the editor rather than repeatedly converting the same output.

Read a Visibility Check result

Select Visibility Check and upload your STP. Review the reported component and color pair, then edit the relevant color in Galaxy Themes Studio. Upload the saved project again to check the change.

  • A reported issue identifies a supported color relationship that fails an editor check. Check the matching screen and control state before choosing a replacement color.
  • No detected issues means no issue was found under the implemented rules. It is not an accessibility certification or a complete visual review.
  • Not checkable means the available project data is insufficient for that comparison. Image backgrounds need a manual preview because their brightness varies across the screen.

Three problems this check helps find

Component Common color: a black inactive icon can disappear over a very dark Common background even when the activated icon is bright. Compare the common component color with the background and inspect both active and inactive states.

Button text: white text over an orange button can become faint when drawn at 40% opacity. The check includes supported reduced-opacity button states. Changing the fully opaque label alone may leave the faded state difficult to read.

Search input text: identical Input text and Common background colors can hide the input text. Check this relationship as well as the separate search-bar background. A readable search bar does not prove that every input area is readable.

Troubleshooting and final review

The file is rejected or conversion fails

Confirm that the file is an STP project, not an APK, image or ZIP renamed to .stp. Check the 100 MB limit. Save a fresh copy from the editor and retry once. If it still fails, send the error message, source format and editor version through Suggestions; do not include confidential project data.

The checker passes, but a screen is hard to read

Inspect image backgrounds, transparency and control states in the desktop preview. The web checker only covers implemented rules and available saved values. Send the affected component name and a description through Suggestions so the missing relationship can be investigated.

Can I use the converted project immediately?

First inspect it in Galaxy Themes Studio. Review small text, inactive icons, disabled buttons, search input and lock-screen digits. Then test on a supported device using your normal theme testing process. Store submission and approval remain separate steps.
